The new Hilti MQ-41-L Installation system takes on these challenges to make your everyday assemblies faster, easier and more precise.
What’s more, it’s 20% lighter than it’s processor making it more cost effective and leaves less of a footprint from an environmental perspective.
This next generation MQ system is fully compatible with the existing range of Hilti installation products and has been tested for a fire rating of 30 minutes.
LITTLE THINGS, BIG IMPACT
The system includes a new range of connections which speed-up installation and are really easy-to-use especially the new trapeze wheel which is the first of it’s kind in the industry.
We’ve also adapted the anchor holes in the back of the channel lengths to make them compatible with both M10 and M8 anchors while still maintaining the same loads.
Little time and costs savers like this can add up to make a big impact over the course of a project.
The new MQ-41-L channel profile with optimized hole pattern is perfectly designed to facilitate use of the Hilti HUS3-H8 screw anchor as well as the Hilti HST3 M10 expansion anchor.
The universal angle connector has an extremely high load capacity and allows quick, easy adjustment of the channel.
