There are a number of ways to pay for Hilti goods and services, and all of them are available to our customers*.

Credit/Debit Card

Hilti accept payment for orders and repairs via almost all Credit and Debit Cards.

You can use your Credit/Debit Card:

  • When using the Hilti Website.
  • When speaking to a member of our team in Customer Services (0800 886 100).
  • In one of our nationwide Hilti Stores.


Hilti Credit Account

Anyone who has an account with Hilti is eligible to apply for credit terms with us. This means you can order goods on an invoiced basis, and then settle all of your invoices in one consolidated payment.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit payments not only save you time, as you don't have to call us to arrange manual payment of your invoices, but also give you the peace of mind in knowing you will never be in arrears with us.

Hilti Credit Account Customers pay their account by direct debit and for all Fleet Management Agreements Direct Debit is mandatory.
