Booking In Delivery
Order before midday for delivery on the agreed time and date. The service includes a pre-call and agreed delivery time. Please note this service is only available via customer services.

Pay as you go: £85. £422 surcharge on 6m channel deliveries.
Emergency Same Day Delivery
Call our Customer Services team on the day to enquire if this service is available for your delivery area. This service is not available for 6m channel or dangerous goods deliveries.

Special Deliveries
If you need a crane, flatbed, or other special requests not included in our services above, please contact Customer Services to review your needs and how we can help you. Any special request should be made at least 3 days in advance to the expected delivery date.

Further Clarifications
For 6m channel deliveries with our Standard and Booking service, the customer must be able to unload the goods on site when the goods arrive. If this is not possible, then please refer to "Special Deliveries". For deliveries with dangerous goods, due to the special transport provision according to ADR regulation, it is possible that deliveries take 1 extra day in transit.
