Booking a repair is quick and easy. Log in to your Hilti account, go to your Tool Park, select the tool, and click Repair tool.
3 Simple Steps
Find the product or service you’re interested in and visit its product page. From there, select the Arrange a Demo & Support button and click Request Live Product Demo to get started.
Next, enter your contact details and submit your request. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch to arrange a live demonstration at a time and location that works best for you.
Log in to your account at hilti.co.uk by selecting Login or register in the top-left corner of the homepage. Enter your credentials and click Login to access your Hilti online account.
Once logged in, go to the Tool Management section and select Report loss/stolen. This will take you to your list of tools, where you can choose the item you want to report.
Select the relevant tool, confirm your choice, and click Report loss/stolen to complete the report.
Log in to your account at hilti.co.uk by selecting Login or register, entering your Hilti credentials, and clicking Login to access your dashboard.
From your dashboard, go to the Tool Management section and click Your Hilti tools to view a full list of your equipment.
To manage cost centres, select the More tab and choose Change cost centre. Pick the tool you want to update and click Update to save your changes. Please note: this feature is available only if you have opted for customised invoicing.
Log in to your account at hilti.co.uk by selecting Login or register, entering your Hilti credentials, and clicking Login to access your dashboard.
From the Tool Management section, click Tools to be collected. You can check the tool status to see whether an item is ready for collection, or use the Tool status filter and select To be collected to view only eligible tools.
Select the relevant tool(s), click the three dots at the end of the row, and choose Return. Complete the form on the next screen to submit your collection request.
