Designed for productivity and safety

High-performance Nuron battery platform
Helps keep you more productive when paired with the optimal charger and inserts

Active Torque Control (ATC)
Stops tool body from spinning uncontrollably if drill bit jams

Active Vibration Reduction (AVR)
Helps boost productivity throughout the day by making work more comfortable and reducing user fatigue

Dust Removal System
Supports more efficient and safer work by reducing fine dust while drilling by up to 97% (vacuum required)

For applications that require mobility, and for job sites with limited power supply, choose Hilti cordless rotary hammers on our Nuron battery platform. For continuous serial applications where mobility is not critical, corded rotary hammers are your best choice. No matter whether cordless or corded: you will always experience the full power and performance of Hilti.

FAQs
To maximize reach of your Hilti cordless rotary hammers, choose a system of batteries, chargers, and inserts optimized for top-class cordless performance.

Battery
For our larger rotary hammers like the TE-60, choose B 22-290 Nuron battery – Hilti’s highest-capacity 22V Li-ion battery. Compatible with all Nuron cordless tools.

Charger
The C 8-22 Nuron ultimate charger is our fastest way to recharge your Nuron batteries, restoring power in as little as 30 minutes.

Inserts
To help maximize the amount of work done, select Hilti’s Ultimate line inserts. Using Ultimate line drill bits, for example, provides up to 30% faster drilling speeds, helping you to extend your reach and get more holes.
Hilti offers a wide range of high-performance inserts designed to maximize efficiency and durability for your applications.

Drill bits for concrete and masonry:
SDS Plus (TE-C or TE-CX): Ideal for smaller rotary hammers, these bits are designed for anchor drilling in concrete, masonry, and brick.
SDS Max (TE-Y or TE-YX): Designed for larger rotary hammers, these bits can handle heavy-duty applications such as drilling into reinforced concrete or creating large-diameter holes.

Chisels
For demolition, chipping, and precision breaking in concrete/masonry, use pointed/flat chisels (TE-C/TE-Y). Self-sharpening designs (e.g. TE-CX SM) help reduce downtime.

Dust management
Skip manual hole cleaning. When you combine our TE-CD or TE-YD hollow drill bits with an approved Hilti construction vac, holes are cleaned while you drill. This helps make rebar installations more reliable while reducing exposure to dust.

Stop drill bits
For HSC undercut anchor installation, use stop drill bits (for example, TE-C-HSC-B).
Always unplug corded tools or remove batteries from cordless models before cleaning to prevent accidental activation.
Carefully remove stubborn dirt from the tool.
Carefully clean the air vents, if present, with a dry, soft brush.
Use only a slightly damp cloth to clean the housing. Do not use cleaning agents containing silicone as these can attack the plastic parts. Use a dry, clean cloth to clean the contacts of the product.
Always unplug corded tools or remove batteries from cordless models before storage.
Store the product (and the batteries) in a cool and dry place where they cannot be accessed by children or unauthorized persons. Never leave batteries in direct sunlight, on sources of heat, or behind glass.
Avoid leaving batteries mounted on chargers for extended periods of time. As a best practice, disconnect chargers and remove batteries once charging is complete — particularly for storage and transport.
Prior to each use and before and after prolonged storage, check the product and the batteries for damage.
