  • Work more cleanly and effectively – isolates the welding area during fusion, to allow the correct flow of shielding gas
  • Supports weld distancing – helps provide the correct distance between studs and the base material for a correct arc and accurate stud fusion

Applications

  • Fastening to steel in polluted/corrosive environments (up to C5) for higher tensile loads or thinner base materials, and preserving the base material integrity
  • Steel fastening in wind, oil and gas offshore/onshore installations – cable tray/ladder supports, non-critical pipe supports, multi-disciplinary supports and other equipment fastenings
