Cut with control
Compact, balanced designs help improve handling and accuracy across a wide range of metal-cutting tasks.

Boost speed and runtime
Nuron batteries are designed to deliver longer cutting performance and up to double the cutting speed.

Fight sparks and debris
Cut without heat, sparks or melted edges for safer handling and cleaner results – even on coated metal.

Match the blade to the job
Choose from stainless steel blades for fast ripping, smooth finishing or demolition cuts.

Tackle any task

Production and precision cutting
Metal circular saws and band saws are our solutions for accurate, repeatable metal cutting.
The SC 4MR-22 supports one-hand and overhead cuts with reduced sparks, while the SC 6ML-22 adds depth and chip control for clean results.
The SB 6-22 band saw delivers precise, low-spark cuts for fabrication and installation work.

Straight cutting and sizing
Circular saws and band saws are designed for fast, controlled straight cuts on pipe, profile and sheet metal.
The SC 4MR-22 supports one-hand and overhead cuts with reduced sparks, while the SC 6ML-22 adds depth and chip control for cleaner results.
The SB 4-22, SB 5-22 and SB 6-22 band saws deliver more precise, low-spark cuts for heavier stock.

Demolition cutting
Reciprocating saws and multitools are built for demanding metal cutting and demolition work.
The SR 6-22 reciprocating saw delivers consistent performance with reliable control in tougher cutting tasks, while the SMT 6-22 oscillating multitool handles notching, plunge cuts and greater access in confined demolition areas.

Specialised cutting
Rebar and threaded rod cutters provide clean, spark-free cuts that protect threads and reduce rework.
Built for fast, single-action cutting on site, they remove the need for grinding or sawing on rebar and rod – saving time and improving safety.

FAQs
Start your saw selection with the type of cut, as it determines the saw you’ll get the most out of.
Long, straight cuts in sheet or profiles:
Choose a circular saw.
SC 6ML‑22 for fast, accurate metal ripping
SC 4MR‑22 for compact control during fabrication
High-volume, repeatable sizing:
Choose a band saw.
SB 4‑22 for consistent, spark‑less cutting of pipe and rod
Accurate angled cuts:
Choose a miter saw.
SM 60‑22 for consistent angle accuracy
Curves, shapes and tight spaces:
Choose a jigsaw.
SJD 6‑A22 / SJT 6‑A22 for precision detailing
Demolition and mixed materials:
Choose a reciprocating saw.
SR range for fast tear‑out through metal and mixed materials
Thick metal sections:
Choose a band saw or reciprocating saw.
SB 4‑22 for controlled cutting
SR range for more aggressive cuts
Match the saw to your material for the best performance and cutting efficiency.
Thin sheet:
Choose a circular saw or jigsaw for faster cutting and more control.
Thick sheet or plate:
Choose a band saw or reciprocating saw for more power and control.
Pipe or conduit:
Choose a band saw for cleaner cutting without sparks.
Threaded rod:
Choose a band saw for more precise, repeatable cuts.
Profiles (angle, channel, strut):
Choose a circular saw or reciprocating saw for versatility.
Mixed materials:
Choose a reciprocating saw for faster cutting across different materials.
Select your saw based on how clean and precise the result needs to be.
High accuracy (precision metalwork):
Choose a jigsaw or miter saw.
Medium accuracy (general fabrication):
Choose a circular saw.
Lower accuracy (demolition, rough work):
Choose a reciprocating saw.
If you’re making the same cut again and again, a band saw is the most efficient choice. It’s designed for repeatability, helping you maintain consistent results with minimal effort.
For regular use across different cutting tasks, a circular saw offers the best balance. It’s versatile, fast to handle and ideal for moving between cuts without slowing down.
If you’re only making occasional or one-off cuts, flexibility matters more. A jigsaw gives you control without committing to a dedicated high-volume setup.
