Should the loads inputted in Profis be factored or unfactored?

please as I cannot fine anchor design to ASME NFIII code. Also, if my anchors are not symmetrical, why is the seismic design cannot be performed?

I was trying to set up a model of anchor fixing in the reinforced concrete plinth. Everything was fine, except that I could not set the number of surface rebars and I can only manually adjust the spacing between rebars. Any ideas about how could I model the reinforcement arrangement more precisely?
