anchor design to ASME III NF 2019 Table NF3324.6(b)(1)-1

please as I cannot fine anchor design to ASME NFIII code.
Also, if my anchors are not symmetrical, why is the seismic design cannot be performed?

Thanks for your question, we checked with out HNA colleagues as this isn't a European code and there comments are as follows:

We haven't seen this code being used or referenced for seismic design in North America. Seismic design is considered per ACI 318-19 Chapter 17 provisions. Within PROFIS Engineering, navigating to the “Loads/Calculation
type” the user will be able to select seismic design. Please see attach doc with screen shots 1 - 4

The user will then be able to design and select seismic provisions in tension and shear depending on their application, see snippets below. These provisions are coming directly from ACI 318-19 Chapter 17 and are used when designing anchoring into concrete per NA code.

Regarding the final part filled holes/sofa isn't utilised with N America only within Europe
