new suspended floor construction in existing building: I want to bolt a bearer to the wall and then fix the floor joists on hangers. What resin anchors should I use to bolt the bearer to the wall and how do I test them?
Thank you for your postl, having reviewed your image, I'd be looking at utilising the HY270 resin injection mortar which is our most widely used product into masonry (Solid and hollow) and also natural stone used in conjunction with HIT-SC sieves to allow the resin to created a key anchorage in any voids , gaps etc
I've attached a link to our website and the general page for the HY270 mortar which also contains the data and Instructions For Use Important to obtain the correct HIT-SC and drill the correct diameter depending upon the required anchor rod size.
Link to the HIT-SC page
However I suspect you realise that you will need to test onsite to establish the allowable resistances.
