Manufacturers specifications require M39 anchors for a tower base plate, using HY 200 V3 + HAS U
I note the limit in software is M30.
Is there a workaround for this ? Other suitable tested products -post installation refers as concrete base is existing
Thanks for the enquiry. Currently the HY200A approval process only allows up to M30 diameter in bases material where the anchor is within the tensile zone i.e., cracked concrete which is the same as the other resin systems such as HVU2 and RE500V4.
However, the latter RE500V4 resin does have additional in-house data outside of the ETA scope available for sizes M33, M36 and M39 (Simplified data attached) for concrete that is in compression only i.e. uncracked additionally this combination can also be modelled within the Profis Engineering steel – concrete module.
Hi, that could be a possibility but it would depend upon your selected drilling and borehole condition. Depending upon your selected combination, the software will notify you that inputs are valid or not under the notifications tab that appears in orange if something is incorrect.
