Do you have a fire collar suitable for use within a 60-minute fire-rated flexible floor construction comprising light gauge steel framing sheathed with two layers of 15 mm Type F plasterboard, with 22 mm OSB boarding above?
We are looking to achieve a 60-minute fire resistance rating for a pipe penetration through this floor build-up and would appreciate details of any tested and certified collar systems you can offer for this application.

Hi, please see the gegenral arranagment of the floor in the typical details. The pipe is soil vent pipe with 110mm diameter and wall thickness of 3.2mm. The floor is constructed from light gauge steel joints and sheathed to the underside with two layers of 15mm Type F gypsum board. See the detail for more informaiton. The original detail from the manufacturer (also atatched) referenced Hilti product, but it doesnt appear that this product is availble. we need aleternive product that can provide 60min for soil vent pipe.
