Easier system set-up
Because setting up your core drill should be simpler Hilti core drill stands help get you up and working faster. You don’t need tools or keys to mount the drill – just use the quick-lock connection to snap the drive unit onto the stand. To save time with base materials like smooth concrete, use a vacuum pump to secure your rig without the need for drilling and anchoring.

Easier drilling
Because our drills and inserts are designed to work together Our high-performing system is built around a powerful core drill, paired with a Hilti core bit. From dry drilling in masonry to wet coring in concrete, or from handheld drilling of small anchor holes to rig-based drilling all the way up to Ø600 mm in concrete, we’ve got the core drills and core bits you need.

Easier time savings
Because every minute counts For next-level rig coring, add an optional autofeed unit. Just set up your rig and press start. Cut Assist software then adjusts speed, torque and water flow, and even detects breakthrough. That frees you up to prep the next hole or do other tasks. Autofeed units are available for DD 150-U, DD 250-CA, DD 350-CA and DD 500-CA core drills.
Easier water management
Because water supply shouldn’t slow you down With our DD-WMS 100 water management system you get up to one full day of water autonomy for wet diamond coring applications – up to the equivalent of 100 liters of supplied water per tank fill. You can save time on cleanup too – slurry is captured and collected in the filter bag.

E-gears
Work more efficiently. Get up to 24 gears for optimized coring speed for all diameters. E-gears are available with the DD 350-CA, the DD 500-CA, and with all our cordless core drills.

Kickback Protection
Our ATC (Adaptive Torque Control ) feature helps prevent kickback when a core bit jams and the drill starts spinning out of control. ATC is available with our DD 150-U-22, DD 110-U-22 and DD 110-D-22 cordless core drills.

E-starting aids and rebar boost
Many Hilti core drills feature smart technologies like electronic starting aids and rebar boost for easier coring. Rebar boost and e-starting aids are available on all tools with e-gears. The DD 150-U and DD 250-CA also feature e-starting aids.

Integrated dust removal system
Cut dust exposure when dry coring in masonry with our integrated dust removal system (DRS) – available with the DD 150-U corded core drill and with all our cordless core drills.

All our core drilling systems are designed for easy, precise coring. Need to move around the jobsite? Don't have an external power source? Get the flexibility of fully cordless coring systems on the Nuron battery platform – including core drills, water tanks and dedicated dust extractors.

DD 150-U-22 cordless core drill with cordless optimized inserts, one B 22-290 battery. Non-load bearing wall comprised reinforced concrete with 156 mm thickness, reinforced with 1x 16 mm rebar. Sewage pipe Ø1 m with 120 mm thickness and no reinforcement. Note that jobsite conditions, such as temperature, humidity, dust levels, and materials being worked on, can significantly affect the maximum amount of work possible with one battery charge.

For faster work and more mobility when it comes to handheld drilling of holes from Ø12 mm to Ø162 mm in masonry, use the DD 110-D-22.
The DD 110-D-22 is weight-optimized for handheld dry coring work in applications like creating sockets for the installation of electrical fittings or creating through holes. For best results, combine the core drill with our ultimate class SPX-L masonry core bits.
The DD 110-U-22 core drill is a multipurpose option for handheld (up to Ø162 mm) and rig-based (up to Ø132 mm) drilling in a range of base materials including reinforced concrete. Use it for jobs like coring for heavy duty anchor and rebar installation or medium-sized through holes. For best results, use our SPX-A speed and SPX-L ring core bits, designed for holes sized Ø12–162 mm.
With the battery-powered DD 150-U-22 core drill you can carry out handheld (up to Ø250 mm) and rig-based (up to Ø162 mm) drilling in a range of base materials including concrete and masonry. This model is ideal for handheld coring of holes up to Ø250 mm for applications like large diameter sewage pipes, chimneys, and stove installations. For best results, use our extra-large SPX-L core bits.
If you need a classic rig-based drill for making medium to large holes in reinforced concrete we recommend the DD 160-22. With its compact size, the DD 160-22 is ideal for working in tight spaces and difficult-to-reach locations.
For optimal results, you should use B 22-290 batteries. If you are drilling in masonry, you may also be able to use B 22-190 batteries.
Yes. It is compatible with two drill stands:
DD-ST 22 110/150/160. This is a compact anchor-only baseplate. Vacuum pump fixation is possible through the add-on vacuum pad DD-ST 120/160 VBP. Angular coring is not possible.
DD-ST 150-U CTL. This is the stand of the corded DD 150-U. It is a combined anchor and vacuum baseplate. Angular coring is possible.
You need to use M16 HKV anchors.
No. The motor is the same in all cordless models – DD 150-U-22, DD 110-U-22, DD 110-D-22 and DD 160-22. However the speed range of the tools is different to cover different application ranges.
No. Both tool bodies have the same weight. However, the speed range of the tools is different to cover different application ranges. Please note too that the DD 110-D-22 system is lighter because it doesn’t have the connector to the drill stand and its simple side handle is also slightly lighter.
Please note that damage due to abuse, or use not in accordance with the tool operator’s manual are not covered under our warranty and are charged.
