Which type of masonry do you suggest selecting in PROFIS when fixing to the outer leaf (assumed single brick, non-load bearing) cavity wall?
Looking to fix a steel angle to the face of an assumed 102mm thick brick outer skin which likely forms part of an cavity wall. The strength of the brick is likely to be 30 N/mm2.

Thank you for your enquiry, I've attached the technical data for the HY270 injection mortar. Assuming you are in the UK you will find a London Yellow Multistock unit that is solid and has a compressive strength of 16Nmm2 Therefore you could use the published Design Resistance's for that unit knowing they are a little conservative. Of course, you can always perform onsite testing in accordance with BS8539:2012 to establish the allowable resistances of your specific onsite units.
