Welding of rods once resin-fixed into concrete

I am looking to specify a HAS-U 8.8 rod fixed with HIT-RE500V4 into concrete. It is intended that the rod will extend out of the concrete and be welded to a steel plate, after it is fixed into the concrete. The rod is going to become extremely hot during welding - will this impact the performance of the resin? Thanks for your time.
