Using CBFEM,'Double flat bar profile type is not supported in advanced baseplate calculation'

Using CBFEM I am getting a message that, 'Double flat bar profile type is not supported in advanced baseplate calculation'
Using Rigid baseplate it is allowing me calculate and it works.
I did the same job using Hilti PROFIS Engineering 3.0.87 and it was working. Can please Guide what is going wrong.

Thanks for your question regarding Profis Engineering software. Having reviewed your post we can confirm that the software hasn't supported the use of a double flat bar in the CBFEM functionality in any previous versions but only in the the rigid baseplate criteria.
