Why I attempt to design a rectangular baseplate with two rows of four cast in place anchours, I get an error that the anchor layout is not compatible with the baseplate chosen. Can you please advise how I might get around this or where I can find guidance on acceptable layouts?
Thanks for the question and screen shot. This not a problem with the software but more with your desired arrangement. The software is following Eurocode 2 Part 4 Design of fastenings for use in concrete. If I can draw your attention to section 1.2 Type of fasteners and fastening groups and in particular figure 1.2 which illustrates the allowed arrangements under the EN. If you compare your current proposal, you will see it falls outside and therefore you receive the combination not allowed message as a prompt to reconsider your arrangement.
