Supplementary reinforcement software issue

Using the hilti software and having issues with a beam to concrete connection.

Getting the warning "Supplementary reinforcement is only allowed with static and seismic,anchor arrangements up to 9 anchors and with EN1992-4 and at least one finite edge",however I appear to be satisfying the requirements necessary.

Thanks for the question. Yes, that is correct the supplementary reinforcement will only work with the design concept of EC2 Part 4 therefore you connection will need to comply with the fixed anchor arrangements within the code and also the static and quasi static load conditions. We have a couple of webinars regarding this subject which covers designs in tension and shear which are free to watch and can be viewed in the 'Learn' section of this site.
