Suitable Diamond Drill & Drill Bit?

Need to drill two holes in an external wall, holes to be 202mm in diameter.
What would be a suitable power drill & core drill bit for this job? Ideally handheld, but if not possible, what kind of rig would I need?

diamond drill,core drill bit.
