Suggestion on chosen anchor

Hi,
i have steel beam that is to be connected to an existing bridge wall (one of the the two in place at a portal bridge - plattrambro). In the example that i have sent you it seems that the concrete control criteria cannot be met.
Is there any suggestion that you might have? Can i somehow use a larger anchorage length?
