Stand-off baseblate with epoxt grout

Hi, I am working on a structural assessment of the Hilti anchored baseplate with a standoff of 30-50mm filled with epoxy grout. I am unable to calculate this in Profis software (there is a message saying "The current Seismic regulation (EN1992-4) does not cover standoff with grout applications, where t >= 0.5d." Can you please advise how to do the assessment of the specified baseplate and anchors? The assessment works fine if no standoff is present, but I cannot change the detail, as it is the client's requirement.

Thank you for your enquiry, Profis Engineering is following EC2 Part 4 Section 9 Verification of seismic loading. As you’ve correctly noted that the limitation of grout applications under seismic conditions, where t >= 0.5d comes directly from the code. We can therefore only advise upon solutions that are code compliant.
