Resin fixing into 130mm Thick Comflor 51

Hi

I'm looking to cast a plinth onto a roof slab that is 130mm thick comflor 51 slab. I want to resin fix starter bars for the plinth, however I've been using the profis software and it says i need 100mm embedment. Due to the reentrant nature of the decking there is only really an allowable thickness of concrete to embed into of 80mm and I would obviously like to ensure that those on site don't drill through the slab so ideally want an embedment of max 60/65mm. Is this possible?

Unfortunately I don’t think you will be able to do this. As for resin anchors you will also be governed by a minimum concrete thickness requirement of 100mm, so won’t be able to model the possibility of the fixings being utilised in the shallow 80mm area of the concrete.
