Post Installed Rebar - How to specify embedment rather than the software calculating the maximum
Hi, I am in the process of designing a post fixed rebar connection from a new slab to an existing wall. I am wanting to specify the minimum embedment length to determine the utilisation of the rebar rather than the software giving the maximum drilling length. Thanks

Thanks for your enquiry, I'm assuming you are using the concrete to concrete module and the slab to a wall option where the software will look at the struct and tie approach or TR069 which uses the bond strength of the resin which can give you a shorter embedment depth . It is not possible under these conditions however to preselect an embedment depth as that is determined by your input details.
