NDT on Resin Anchors supporting pipes in a tunnel

We have a programme to test the integrity of some resin anchors (Hilti HY150 resin and HAS rods) located inside a service tunnel. These were installed in around 1999 and we have some concerns around the integrity of the rods and the anchorage. What is the best method of NDT to check the condition of this system?
