Minimum Anchor Extrusion?

Hi, for an M16 baseplate anchor in a concrete parent material, what is the minimum anchor extrusion past the nut?

Is there a rule of thumb for this value?

Thanks for the question, good engineering practice is that there should at least two threads above the top of the nut that are visible then of course you may well have a slight further projection for the head marking. depending upon the type of anchor.
