Thank you for your question. The base material at 65mm depth is too slender and is outside any of our published data and approvals for post installed anchors. As a possible way of achieving a connection assuming that you have access on both sides, you may want to consider drilling right through the slab and utilise a backplate however this design approach is outside of our remit.
