How does the design change when fixings are into lightweight concrete?

I have a 130mm lightweight composite deck, I would like to fix a parasol base to the deck to resist uplift forces caused by wind. I have concerns about pull out due to the fact there is not much depth for embedment and the concrete is lightweight. Any advice would be very helpful.
