HIT-RE 500 V4 HAS-U 8.8 M36

I have previously designed a base using HIT-RE 500 V4 HAS-U 8.8 M36 anchors.
Due to design development, I need to check revised loading, but M36 option appears to have been removed from PROFIS options. Is this correct?

Thank you for your question. Yes, it is still possible to utilise the RE500V4 resin for diameters M33, M36 and M39 for designs with the Profis Engineering software. There are however certain selection factors that need to be taken into consideration as these diameters are ‘special cases’.
The factors that influence whether it is possible to design i.e., Concrete, must be in compression (uncracked) with the loading being static or quasi-static and drilling condition being Hammer drilling.

Hi, I need to check with M36 bolts and checked all conditions - Concrete, must be in compression (uncracked) with the loading being static or quasi-static and drilling condition being Hammer drilling. Still not getting option for M36 in drop down list for checking.

Hi, did you manage to check with M36 bolts? I cannot find M36 bolt option in the drop down bolt dia options.

Hello, yes - as per the "Team Ask Hilti" response. Once I change the concrete to uncracked, and drilling to hammer, M36 reappeared in the drop down list.
