Hilti Column post installed Base Plate Connection
What is the allowable max grout thickness for column base plate connection? The software allows me to consider up to 80mm however there are some different case on-site that is more than 80mm.

Thank you for your question. I'm assuming that you have selected the HILTI CB-G-EG grout as the grouting layer which has a limitation of a maximum pour depth of 80mm. If you change the option to a multi purpose grout it is possible to increase the grout thickness . Please just ensure however that your alternative product has the required compressive strength and can actually be poured to the desired thickness.
