Fire Collapse Base Plate Design
We need to specify post fixed anchors to a fire collapse moment base plate of a portal column. This is normally considered an accidental / temporary condition in which safety factors are reduced. Is it possible to reduce the safety factors Hilti Profis Anchor software uses for bolt and concrete capacity in this situation? or can the applied forces be reduced to account for built-in safety factors in the software output?

In Porfis Engineering on design setting you can change the acting loading safety factors for live and dead load. The capacity safety factors are not possible to change.
