filling washer and HAS-U anchor

Hi,
The attached data sheet does not show HAS-U anchors. Could you please confirm the filling washers can be used with HAS-U M24 anchor bolts to fill the gaps?

What is the t,fix,effective shown in the attached data sheet?

If HAS-U M24 cannot be used with filling washers could you please let me know the reason and suggestion for filling the gap in the hole for HAS-U M24 anchor bolts?
