Diamond drilled holes to be filled with Grouting

in one of our project site - Customer wrongly placed the M24 anchor bolts and now they are removed using diamond drilling. we need to fill in these 4 holes using grouting - in Hilti do we perform any solution for this - already we have planned to used hitlti bolt post installed for other constructed foundation.

Thank you for your enquiry. I'd suggest checking your local HILTI website as we do have available in some countries a high strength epoxy self-levelling pourable grout CB-G EG assuming this isn't an overhead or horizontal application.

yeah our foundation is 900mm square concrete with 1200 deep in that diamond core drilled for 110mm dia for 750mm deep into it x 4 nos yeah i am using UK market HILTI website do you have any local team contact details - i will keep in touch with them thanks for your response

Thanks for the additional information, 110mm is a much larger diameter hole than I would have expected for an M24 anchor removal. Based upon that size of diameter and the hole depth the CB-G -EG wouldn't be a suitable product due to the large volume for this epoxy, in this case, I'd suggest look for something like a cementitious high strength grout product which is something that we do not supply.

yes M24 anchors are placed inside the 80mm square tube hence they have ended up in 112 drilled holes - thanks for your detailed explanation
