Design of Single Bolt
Hi, i am trying to design bolt/rod single embedded in concrete below connecting other concrete element above. but this bolt /rod has no base plate in it. How do i do that as when i remove base plate it appears an error and i can extract results.
Please advise.

Thanks for your question. You have selected that a CBFEM analysis is run for a baseplate hence the messages. If that is not required or no baseplate is being utilised then change the analysis to Rigid. You can do this by going into the load tab, the Icon is the two down pointing arrows with an underscore and, in the drop down box titled 'Advanced calculation type' select ' Rigid ' you will then be able to run the calculation.
