CP679A - Can it achieve 120 mins protection?
Hi,
The product literature for this product states it can provide protection to cables for 60 minutes.
We have a requirement for EI120 for emergency lighting in communal areas.
Is this a suitable product to use, and can this product achieve this timescale?
If so, what DFT level is required?

Thank you for your question. Please find attached the datasheet that we have available for the product that lists the standard applications the product has been tested for. For applications outside of the published data other applications may be possible however that is not something we can answer on this forum but can only suggest contacting your local HILTI organisation firestop team to assess the application in further detail.
