My company has a premium license for PROFIS Engineering and I am wondering if it could check for concrete - concrete connection using dowel anchors/rebars as I could not find that option in the suite. The intention is to add a concrete plinth to an existing RC slab and design for the shear, tension and possible moment transfer at the interface. Can you advice?

Currently the solution would be to utilise the Profis Rebar software which would look at the detail using TR069 https://ask.hilti.co.uk/article/the-differences-between-en1992-1-vs-tr069-in-post-installed-rebar-design/c7tpky You could also look at using Profis Engineering however that would be to EC2 Part 4 . You would need to model the 'baseplate' as your new plinth and be subject to limitations of that code.
