Are there any example calculations/guidance for how the concrete breakout capacities are calculated?

Thank you for your enquiry, I would suggest referring to EN1992 Design of concrete structures Part 4 Design of fastenings for use in concrete. In addition, you would also need to obtain the ETA document for the specific fastener that you wish to check by using the formula from the design code.
