Thanks for the question however the design guidance that the software follows only allows for 1,2 or 4 bolt connections . It will come down to carrying out a couple of pro rata loading checks using the 2 & 4 bolts. You will then need to make an engineering judgement on the masonry structure locally and whether it is able to resist the load under your desired arrangement.
