Bolt fixingtype to resist pull out force in brickwall panel.
Please specify a bolt type to resist a pull out force of 1.35kn in a 340mm thick brick wall constructed in lime-based mortar

For fixing into masonry then an option would be the HY270 resin, the technical datasheet here details loads in various masonry materials. If yours is not detailed here then you would need to test in accordance with BS8539:2012 to establish the allowable resistances.
