Hi, I would like to understand if there is availability for the anchor below as I received a notification that it is a non standard item and I do need to check the availability. I am specifying this anchor type.
HIT-RE 500 V4 (100 years) + HAS-U 8.8 HDG M24 with 450mm embedment, also can I ask what is the difference between the 100 years within the resin and without the 100 years please?
Thanks for your enquiry, I would think form your message as an ‘Off the shelf’ item the overall required length of anchor rod isn’t available however we do supply a HAS 8.8 HDG M24 x 1000 which is an ‘off the shelf’ and can easily be used with the resin. As for the second part of your enquiry, the difference would be the displacement values from sustained loading under tensile loading condition. however this is covered in the calculation with the appropriate y sus factor applied in the Combined pull out -concrete cone failure check. Please note this is applicable to all resin anchors not just HILTI.
