Anchor fixing in fibre reinfored concrete

Can you please confirm which anchor bolts are suitable for use in steel fibre reinforced concrete.
Can you also please confirm how this information can be simulated in Profis software.

Thanks for your enquiry. Assuming steel fibres then like  every chemical anchor with ETA documents, these product relevant resistance data are obtained after tests done in un-reinforced concrete according to "EAD 330499-01-0601-v01". Only after these tests, chemical anchor products can be used in anchor design calculations according to EN1992-4.
It is to our knowledge that steel fibres don`t have a negative influence on documented load bearing capacity of chemical anchors. Although steel fibres don`t have a negative influence on load bearing capacity of chemical anchors, a positive influence can`t be taken into consideration.

Therefore, for base materials with steel fibre reinforcements, anchor designs done by using Hilti PROFIS Engineering software in non-reinforced, cracked concrete will deliver safe results.
