Assuming steel fibres then like every chemical anchor with ETA documents, these product relevant resistance data are obtained after tests done in un-reinforced concrete according to "EAD 330499-01-0601-v01". Only after these tests, chemical anchor products can be used in anchor design calculations according to EN1992-4.
It is to our knowledge that steel fibres don`t have a negative influence on documented load bearing capacity of chemical anchors. Although steel fibres don`t have a negative influence on load bearing capacity of chemical anchors, a positive influence can`t be taken into consideration.
Therefore, for base materials with steel fibre reinforcements, anchor designs done by using Hilti PROFIS Engineering software in non-reinforced, cracked concrete will deliver safe results.
