Anchor bolt and Anchor plate design

I am checking the anchor bolts, but I am getting warning (You have confirmed that your anchor plate will behave like a rigid anchor plate even with the deviation of 138%. Please be aware that the anchor design provisions are only valid for rigid anchor plates and with your deviation you might be outside of the scope of the anchor design guideline) which I am not able to understand it properly, and what are the reason this warning shows, earlier also I did various design but didn't got such warnings.

Thanks for your question, this message relates to the CBFEM functionality of the software when checking the rigidity of the baseplate (Please see attached for further background information) Our recommendation for is for a rigidity deviation of up to 10 % I suspect that on your previous designs you have just selected the base plate as being Rigid which I'm assuming you've proven separately for compliance with EC 2 Pt 4.
