Alternative resin or mechanical anchor solution to M24 575mm holding down bolts

We have a project that had specified M24 x 575mm holding down bolts to be cast in to the plinth for a replacement column. However, the contractor has indicated they have insufficient clearance to the existing structure to install the two columns at GL A & E (pads 1 & 6 on attached 000400_P02 drg) columns with the bolt protrusion so we are looking for a resin or mechanical anchor alternative.

Thank you for your enquiry. As this is an engineering forum your design enquiry would be best referred to your local HILTI office or by using the Profis Engineering software. Please note however post installed anchors will require larger areas of concrete to transfer the loads and shouldn't be mixed on the same baseplate due to different stiffness of the systems which can lead to unequal loading. Finally of course, there needs to be sufficient room for the drilling and the installer to have access.
