Customer Services
Our team will be working until 12:00 PM on Christmas Eve.
They will be back to work from 8:00 to 5:30 on 29th and 30th of December, and from 8:00 to 12:00 on 31st of December.
Our office will be closed on 2nd January and will reopen on 5th of January, when Customer Services will resume operations.
Please note that we will be closed on 6th of January for our Kick-Off Conference.
Hilti Stores
All stores will close at 12:00 PM on Christmas Eve.
The Christmas break will extend through 2nd of January.
Please note that our stores will be closed on 5th and 6th ofJanuary due to our Kick-Off Conference.
Stores in England and Wales will reopen on 7th of January with regular working hours.
Stores in Scotland will reopen at 12:00 PM on 7th of January, with regular working hours resuming on 8th of January.
Tool Service
Our repair team will finish at 12:00 PM on Christmas Eve.
The Christmas break will extend through 2nd of January.
They will return to work on 5th of January, operating under regular working hours.
Please note that repair bookings with customer services will close on 19th of December.
Central Warehouse
Our warehouse will close at 12:00 PM on Christmas Eve.
Reopening on 29th of December, operating under regular working hours until the 31st.
The Christmas break will extend through 2nd of January.
Back to work on 5th of January and will resume operations.
Closed on 6th of January for our Kick-Off Conference.
