  • Extensive software support – simplify calculation by using PROFIS, Hilti FixPoint Calculator, BIM/CAD libraries and various plug-ins
  • Load data and documentation available – design according to EN13480-3, Eurocode 3 and MSS-SP58 guidelines for pipe support components
  • Quicker installation on-site – easily adjust the height and slope after pipe is welded to connector plate
  • Avoid hot work permit on site – weldable pipe connector can be prepared and welded in fab shop without any adjustability limitations on site

Applications

  • Fastening pipes to steel beams, concrete or Hilti modular support girders
  • Pipe installations in onshore industrial, power generation, pharmaceutical, electronics or automotive manufacturing facilities
  • Suitable for small-bore piping with temperatures of up to 300°C (572°F) and an insulation thickness of up to 162 mm (6")
  • Recommended for use in indoor or outdoor environments with low to moderate pollution (C3/C4 – low)
