HAS-U M20 resin anchor requires max torque moment 150Nm, please may I ask is there a MINIMUM torque moment we may apply?

Have you any fixings that will work in a 65mm thick precast plate? I am trying to design temporary works to hold a twin wall system in place until the concrete core can be poured and I am looking at fixing the outer wall to a steel beam to hold it in place without propping. Its a temporary situation only.

The Grout thickness greater than 10mm is not considered by Hilti for cast in situ type Anchor bolt design. I need 20mm grout thickness. The design should follow Euro code. But by increasing the grout thickness to 20mm, it changes to SOFA method.
