Flexible payment options to suit you

There are a number of ways to pay for Hilti goods and services, and all of them are available to our customers*.

Credit/Debit Card

Hilti accept payment for orders and repairs via almost all Credit and Debit Cards.

You can use your Credit/Debit Card:

  • When using the Hilti Website.
  • When speaking to a member of our team in Customer Services (0800 886 100).
  • In one of our nationwide Hilti Stores.

 

Hilti Credit Account

Anyone who has an account with Hilti is eligible to apply for credit terms with us. This means you can order goods on an invoiced basis, and then settle all of your invoices in one consolidated payment.

Credit terms are subject to status, but if you would like to apply make sure you have a Hilti Cash Account and then fill in the form below.

  • Register for an account online now.
  • Request a call-back from Customer Services to set up your cash account

Direct Debit

Hilti Credit Account Customers have the option to pay their accounts off via Direct Debit.

Direct Debit payments not only save you time, as you don't have to call us to arrange manual payment of your invoices, but also give you the peace of mind in knowing you will never be in arrears with us.

Direct Debit payments are a requirement for most of our Fleet Management Agreements.

If you are a Credit Account Customer, and would be interested in setting up a Direct Debit with Hilti, please follow the links below:

  • Request a call-back from Customer Services to set up your cash account.
  • Download the Hilti Credit Application Form (including Direct Debit Form).

Bank Transfer

If you would prefer to pay for an invoice/order immediately, and do not want to use Direct Debit or a Credit/Debit Card, you can transfer money to us directly.

If you would like to transfer money to us directly, please use the information below:
