IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING TOOL REPAIRS
Following a successful trial in Birmingham, we’re happy to announce that we will be accepting tools for repair from October 26th
The safety of our customers and our Hilti Store team is our main priority and we have set up dedicated in store areas for repairs to be dropped off at a safe distance.
How will it work?
Bring your tool to a Hilti Store for repair and we will book tools in on the system without a physical examination. You will be asked to place the tools in a ready-made box with the repair notification. Your Hilti Store Representative will tape up the box, label and send for repair.
For your battery tools, we have testing areas where you can test your own batteries. If you need a new battery, we can recycle your old one and process an order for a new one for you.
Restrictions
Please note that due to the size and therefore, increased risk, we cannot accept repairs for; All vacuum cleaners, diamond saws, petrol saws, or breakers. If you have one of these tools in need of repair please reach out to customer services on 0800 886 100.
